| Joel Govea's credits include directing one of the most successful Child Development soccer programs in the Santa Clarita Valley, working with children as young as two years of age, providing a fun introduction to the game of soccer.
He is currently the Director of Player Development and Director of Academy for the Santa Clarita Valley Magic Soccer Club.
He has served as a Fitness and Conditioning Coach for the USL W-League, and currently runs summer conditioning programs for college and elite High School athletes.
He holds a "CYSA" coaching license, an AYSO Advanced coaching certificate, as well as a National Youth Coaching Diploma from the NSCAA (National Soccer Coaches Association of America).
Joel is also a certified "Youth Fitness Specialist" and a certified "Youth Speed & Agility Specialist" through the IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association).
