Sports Performance Training Ages 8-12
This class will place an emphasis on movement skills such as Speed, Agility, Coordination, & Balance. We will also focus on Multi-Directional speed, and will introduce such concepts as: Force Production/Absorbtion (jumping, landing, strength) Deceleration & Acceleration Speed & Agility
Sports Performance Training Ages 13 & Up
This class will focus on all of the same qualities of the younger group, as well as more focused strength and speed work. This group will work and build on technical skills, as well as the following: Running Mechanics Strength Multi-Directional Speed How to load the body for quicker athletic movements Jumping and Landing Skills Lateral and Linear Speed
