Speed & Fitness Training
 

Beginning Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training

For the younger athlete, this group will place an emphasis on flexibility, agility, and quickness training, while introducing proper running mechanics. Plyometric training will also be incorporated, but done through low impact exercises, and introduced through the RightStart "Fun Fitness" program.

Intermediate/Advanced SAQ Training

This group is for the athlete entering or already competing at the high school level. This group, in addition to SAQ training, will introduce functional training through plyometric, resistance, core, and flexibility training.

Fun Fitness

Ideal for the very young athlete, "Fun Fitness" explores SAQ and conditioning through the use of fun games and activities to be used as an alternative to traditional fitness training, and can be used for all sports.
